PRODUCT INTRO
A compact tabletop catalyst-evaluation platform that integrates multi-channel gas/liquid feed, high-temperature high-pressure reaction and product separation for complete, efficient, automated studies of catalyst activity, selectivity and stability. It ships standard with four gas channels and one liquid channel: gases are metered by high-precision Brooks mass flow controllers while liquid feeds are injected by a metering pump into a compact packed-bed vaporizer and mixed thoroughly before entering the reaction system. A compact mini reaction furnace drives the core reaction zone with precise, low-thermal-mass control for rapid ramp up and down. After back-pressure regulation an optional cold trap separates gas and liquid products for on-line or off-line analysis.
