专为膜催化剂的活性与分离性能评价而设计的紧凑型台式反应器。采用与台式固定床反应器相同的进料与控制平台,标配四路气体和一路液体进料系统,气体通过高精度Brooks质量流量控制器计量。核心反应区针对管式膜催化剂进行了适配设计,支持渗透侧与反应侧的独立气路控制,可同时评价膜催化剂的催化活性与分离选择性。适用于膜反应器工艺开发、氢气分离膜性能测试及膜催化反应动力学研究。

PRODUCT INTRO

A compact tabletop reactor purpose-built for the activity and separation evaluation of membrane catalysts. It shares the feed and control platform of the tabletop high-pressure fixed-bed reactor, with four gas channels and one liquid channel metered by high-precision Brooks mass flow controllers. The core reaction zone is adapted to tubular membrane catalysts and supports independent permeate-side and reaction-side gas control, enabling simultaneous evaluation of catalytic activity and separation selectivity. It is suited to membrane reactor process development, hydrogen separation-membrane performance testing and membrane catalysis kinetics studies.
