PRODUCT INTRO

Compatible with mainstream spectrometers, the PX-RC-DRS-TEC is engineered for in-situ characterization of multiphase catalysis under applied electric fields. Its elastic constant-focus architecture and suspended feedthrough design eliminate focal drift during temperature variation and solve the sealing challenges of routing multiple signal leads through high-temperature zones. It is suited to thermo-electric coupled in-situ spectroscopy and electrical characterization of gas-solid systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

  • Elastic constant-focus design physically locks sample height and auto-compensates thermal expansion, delivering zero drift in the spectral signal
  • Feedthrough structure integrates gas and electrical lead introduction, eliminating sealing risks in high-temperature zones
  • Supports both pass-through and bypass wiring modes; elastic preload ensures firm electrode-sample contact
  • Inlet gas is preheated by the integrated heating stage, preventing cold gas from directly contacting the catalyst
  • Thermocouple inserted directly into the catalyst bed, giving readings closer to the true reaction temperature
