适配各主流品牌光谱仪与同步辐射光源。专为管状膜催化剂设计,创新性采用半球形穹顶与特定夹角窗口结构。通过灵活更换不同材质的光学窗片,可广泛适用于红外光谱、拉曼光谱、紫外-可见光谱以及X射线吸收谱的原位表征。设备适用于高温及高压工况(二者不可同时施加,详见参数表),能有效解决表征中的光路遮挡问题,为膜催化反应机理研究提供全面真实的数据支撑。

PRODUCT INTRO

Compatible with mainstream spectrometers and synchrotron sources, the PX-RC-DRS-MC is purpose-built for tubular membrane catalysts with a hemispherical dome and angled window design. By swapping optical windows of different materials, it supports IR, Raman, UV-Vis and X-ray absorption in-situ characterization. The cell is suited to high-temperature, high-pressure operation, effectively solving optical-path obstruction issues during characterization and providing comprehensive, realistic data for membrane catalysis mechanism studies.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

  • Purpose-built for tubular samples with a compliant sealing structure that holds tight under high temperature and pressure without fracturing
  • Angled windows and hemispherical dome effectively suppress stray light; three-point contact support markedly improves heat transfer efficiency
  • Inlet gas is preheated by the integrated heating stage, preventing cold gas from directly contacting the catalyst
  • Thermocouple inserted directly into the catalyst bed, giving readings closer to the true reaction temperature
