PRODUCT INTRO
The core unit for precise gas-atmosphere control. It integrates multiple high-precision Brooks mass flow controllers, giving users independent or mixed control over common gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide and others. A built-in manual four-way switching valve delivers instantaneous, pressure-stable switching between gases, avoiding pressure surges and ensuring smooth transitions of the reaction atmosphere.
