PRODUCT INTRO
Multiple Brooks mass flow controllers provide independent A/B routing through a three-way valve on each channel. A manual four-way valve switches the two gas groups between the in-situ cell and the bypass. Three configurations are available: Atmospheric Switching, High-pressure Standard and High-pressure Switching, with zero, one and two back-pressure regulators respectively, for gas-atmosphere control under different pressure conditions.

NOTE
Each additional channel: +CNY 10,000. All three configurations use per-channel three-way A/B selection and four-way switching. High-pressure Standard has one back-pressure regulator; High-pressure Switching has one on each branch.
